Shipping policy

We process orders within 1–3 business days after payment has been confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping times may vary depending on the customer’s location, carrier service, product availability, and other factors outside our control. Estimated delivery times are provided for reference only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for the carrier to update tracking details after the shipment is created.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost shipments caused by incorrect addresses, missing apartment or suite numbers, or incomplete contact information.

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout when applicable. Some products may require additional handling time, special packaging, or freight shipping depending on size, weight, or supplier availability.

If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number. We will assist with reviewing the issue, but final delivery status may depend on the carrier’s investigation.

Damaged packages should be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Please provide clear photos of the product, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue and assist with the next steps.

We currently ship only to locations supported at checkout. Orders with unsupported shipping addresses may be canceled and refunded.
