Refund policy
Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging, accessories, manuals, and any included parts. Items that are damaged, installed, altered, used, missing components, or returned without original packaging may not be accepted.
To start a return, customers must contact us with their order number and the reason for the return before sending any item back. Return instructions will be provided after the request is reviewed and approved. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.
Refunds are issued after the returned item has been received and inspected. If approved, the refund will be processed back to the original payment method. Please allow several business days for the refund to appear, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
Defective, damaged, or incorrect items must be reported as soon as possible after delivery. Please include clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping label so we can review the issue quickly.
Certain items may not be eligible for return, including special-order items, clearance items, opened electrical components, installed products, custom items, or items marked as final sale.
